“The God I Know” (Vocals: David Burke) The God I know, He is all that I’ve been told.  He’s the keeper of my spirit and the healer of my soul.  The God I know, I will follow where He goes.  He is leading me to heaven.  He’s a savior to behold.   Father, Son, and Holy Ghost -- altogether He’s the most.  It is God almighty, king of heaven, who I’m reaching for.  Lifted by His holy grace, guided by His shining face, I am following the light of glory leading to the Lord.  And on my journey He’ll be watching, shining over me, protecting ev’ry step I take to reach my destiny. Kneeling in the promised land, praying for a helping hand, I am reaching up to heaven hoping God will rescue me.  Thinking of my time on earth, pondering my life from birth, I am wondering if I am worthy of His eternity.  But as I struggle with my thoughts of doing wrong or right, I keep in mind that He has always loved me all my life.
